BROCCOLI AND CAULIFLOWER
CASSEROLE
 
1 bag frozen broccoli
1 bag frozen cauliflower
2 sticks butter
1 (8 oz.) Velveeta
1 sleeve Ritz

Place vegetables in casserole dish. Melt 1 stick butter and cheese and mix to smooth consistency. Pour over vegetables. Melt other stick of butter; crush crackers. Mix and sprinkle over vegetables. Bake at 350 degrees for 1/2 hour.
