BREAKFAST CASSEROLE 
8 slices French bread cut into cubes
2 c. grated sharp cheese
1 1/2 lb. link sausage (cooked and drained)
4 eggs
1 can mushroom soup
2 1/4 c. milk
3/4 tsp. dry mustard
1/2 c. milk

Put in 9 x 13 inch greased dish the 8 slices French bread, cheese, sausage. Beat eggs, 2 1/4 cups milk and mustard and pour over top. Cover and refrigerate overnight. Before baking, next morning mix mushroom soup and 1/2 cup milk and pour over top of other mixture. Bake 1 1/2 hours at 300 degrees.
