BREAKFAST DELIGHT 
2 lbs. ground sausage
1 lg. onion, diced
2 red peppers, diced
2 green peppers, diced
16 oz. grated cheddar cheese
1 1/2 c. milk
1 dozen eggs, well beaten
1 1/2 loaves French or sour dough bread, cubed
Salt, pepper, garlic powder with parsley

Butter bottom and sides of large shallow baking dish, 10 1/2" x 20". Cover bottom with half of cubed bread. Brown sausage and drain. Add onions and peppers, cover and put on low heat until onions and peppers are tender. Mix together beaten eggs and milk, salt, pepper, garlic powder with parsley. Pour half of egg mixture over first layer of bread then half of sausage mixture, half of grated cheese. Then repeat bread, eggs, sausage, cheese. Refrigerate overnight. Bake at 400 degrees for 50 to 60 minutes until golden brown. Let cool before cutting.
