STRAWBERRY AND PINEAPPLE JELLO 
2 c. unsalted hard pretzels
3 tbsp. sugar
3/4 c. butter
8 oz. cream cheese
1 c. sugar
1 (9 oz.) Cool Whip
1 (16 oz.) strawberries
1 sm. can crushed pineapple
1 lg. box strawberry Jello
2 c. boiling water

1. Crush pretzels, add in 3 tablespoons sugar, 3/4 cup butter; mix and press flat in flat pan. Bake for 7 minutes.

2. Cream cheese, 1 cup sugar and 1 (9 oz.) Cool Whip. Mix and chill and put on top of No. 1 when No. 1 is cold.

3. Mix together strawberries, crushed pineapple, strawberry Jello with boiling water. Put in freezer until it becomes sticky to set. Then put on top of No. 2. Put this all back in refrigerator.
