STIR - FRY CHICKEN AND
VEGETABLES
 
2 tbsp. cornstarch
6 boneless chicken breast, cut into strips
2 green pepper, thinly cut
1 sm. sweet red pepper, thinly cut
2 lg. onions, sliced
6 oz. snow - peas (fresh or frozen)
2 zucchini, sliced thin
6 fresh mushrooms
1 clove garlic, crushed
2 tbsp. soy sauce
3 tbsp. Kikkoman Sweet and Sour sauce
1/2 c. celery, sliced
1 bunch broccoli florets
1 can Dole pineapple chunks and juice

Heat wok at 400 degrees. Spray with vegetable spray. Stir-fry chicken 3 minutes until meat whitens. Add remaining vegetables and stir-fry thoroughly. Add soy sauce, garlic, sweet and sour sauce. Add pineapple and juice. Use cornstarch to thicken. Serve over hot rice.
