STIR FRY CHICKEN & VEGETABLES 
4 boneless chicken breasts cut into 1 inch strips

Marinate in:

1/4 c. white wine
1/4 c. soy sauce
1 clove garlic, chopped

Marinate for 1 hour.

In a non-stick skillet or wok on high heat add 1 tablespoon vegetable oil. Add chicken strips and liquid. Stir fry until chicken is done. Add 1 bag frozen Japanese style vegetables. Stir fry chicken 20 minutes. Add 2 tablespoons brown sugar, 1/4 cup pineapple chunks and 2 tablespoons plain flour to thicken liquid. Serve over rice - soy sauce on the side. 4 to 6 servings.
