ANGEL CAKE DESSERT 
1 angel food cake
1 pkg. instant vanilla pudding
2 c. milk
1 pt. sour cream
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. heavy cream
1 can cherry, pineapple or blueberry for topping

Prepare angel food cake. Break cake into 2-inch pieces. Mix pudding with milk. Add sour cream and vanilla. Fold into cake pieces. Pour into tube pan. Chill well. Garnish top with topping of your choice. Frost sides with whipped cream.
