1 lg. pkg. Oreo cookies
1 lg. Cool Whip
1 (8 oz.) cream cheese
1/2 c. butter
1 c. powdered sugar
2 sm. boxes instant vanilla pudding
3 c. milk
1 tsp. vanilla

Combine cheese, butter, and sugar. Fold in Cool Whip. Mix pudding with milk, then add to cheese mixture, add vanilla. Pour in 9 x 11 inch pan with 1/2 of Oreo crushed in bottom. Put rest on top. Refrigerate 1 hour.
