RECIPE COLLECTION
“MARINADE” IS IN:

MARINADE 
1/2 c. wine vinegar
1 1/2 tsp. dried parsley flakes
2 crushed garlic cloves
1/3 c. lemon juice
1 1/2 c. salad oil
3/4 c. soy sauce
1/4 c. Worcestershire sauce
2 T. dry mustard
1 T. coarse, freshly ground black pepper

Combine all ingredients and mix well or blend in a blender.

Makes about 3 1/2 cups.

Can be drained from meat and re-used. Can be used for steak, pork, chops, chicken and hamburger, especially when grilling out.
