1 lb. hamburg 1 lb. onions, chopped 1 lb. green pepper, chopped 1 celery, sliced thin 1 lb. carrots, grated 1 lg. (28 oz.) can tomatoes 1 sm. (6 oz.) can tomato paste 1/4 tsp. red pepper 1 tsp. salt 1/2 tsp. black pepper Put all ingredients in a large saucepan and bring to a boil. Then lower the heat and simmer for 4-5 hours, stirring periodically. |
