CABBAGE ROLLS 
1 sm. head cabbage
1 lb. hamburger
1 sm. onion, chopped fine
2 tbsp. milk
1 egg
2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
3/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
2 c. V-8 or tomato juice
1/2 c. minute rice

Remove core from cabbage and place head of cabbage in large pot of boiling water. Remove leaves of cabbage with wooden spoon as they become limp.

Prepare mixture of filling by mixing all remaining ingredients EXCEPT tomato juice. Put filling in soft cabbage leaves, roll up, envelope style and secure with toothpick.

Place cabbage rolls in casserole, single layer, and cover with the tomato juice. Bake 1 1/2 hours at 350 degrees uncovered and serve with baked or mashed potatoes.
