CABBAGE ROLLS 
12 lg. cabbage leaves, cooked
1 1/4 lb. ground poultry
1/2 tsp. poultry or thyme seasoning
2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 c. cooked rice
1 sm. onion, chopped
1 egg
2 tbsp. oil (heated in frying pan)
2 (8 oz.) cans tomato sauce
1 tbsp. lemon juice or vinegar
1 tbsp. brown sugar
1/4 c. water

Mix ground beef, seasonings, rice, onion and egg for filling. Fill cabbage leaf with above and roll up. Place in frying pan. Mix tomato sauce, vinegar, brown sugar, lemon juice and water. Pour over cabbage rolls. Simmer 1 hour. Baste occasionally. I use electric skillet and add a little garlic salt.
