GREEN BEANS AND POTATO SALAD 
1/2 lb. red potatoes, boiled and cut in chunks
1/2 lb. green beans, boiled and cut in pieces
1/4 c. green olives, stuffed with anchovies, sliced
1/4 c. sliced black olives
1 tbsp. capers
Salt and pepper to taste

DRESSING:

1/2 c. olive oil
1 tbsp. Dijon mustard
1 tbsp. vinegar
1 tbsp. lemon
1 tsp. dill

Mix potatoes, beans, olives, capers together. Season with light salt, heavy pepper. Mix dressing and pour over potatoes and beans. Toss and chill. Serves 6.
