GREEN BEANS AND POTATOES 
4 c. diced potatoes
1 med. onion, diced
2 c. green beans
Salt and pepper to taste

Cover with water and cook until potatoes are done. Heat 3 tablespoons oil in 6 inch skillet. Add 3 to 4 tablespoons flour and brown. Add water until mixture is smooth. Pour over potatoes and beans and simmer.
