GREEN BEANS AND POTATOES 
1 1/2 lbs. fresh green beans, cut in 1 inch pieces
1 onion, sliced
12 sm. red potatoes, cut in half

Put beans in steamer, slice onion on top, then put potatoes on top. Steam until potatoes are tender to a fork. Spray Walkins liquid or sprinkle Molly McButter on. Sprinkle some Mrs. Dash (herbal) seasoning. Yield: 4 or 5 servings - 205 calories.
