NACHOS SUPREME 
1 lb. ground beef
3/4 c. chopped onion
1/2 pkg. taco seasoning
4 tbsp. green chili salsa
1 (15 oz.) can refried beans
1 (10 oz.) can Frito jalapeno bean dip
1 c. shredded lettuce
1 lg. tomato, diced
4 green onions, chopped
1 can ripe olives, drained & sliced
1 (4 oz.) can diced green chilies, drained & rinsed
2 avocados, diced
1 c. sour cream
1 1/2 c. grated cheddar cheese
1 1/2 c. grated Monterey Jack cheese
Tortilla chips

In a large skillet saute ground beef and onion. Drain off fat. Add taco seasoning and chili salsa, and set aside. Cream together refried beans and bean dip. Spread mixture in a 13 x 9 casserole, top with meat mixture and cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes or until cheese has melted. Remove from oven and top casserole with lettuce, tomato, green onion, ripe olives, chilies, avocado and sour cream. Serve with tortilla chips. Will feed 8 to 10 and can be made as a main dish for 4 to 5.
