HOMEMADE SEAFOOD NACHOS 
1 pkg. Tostitos
1/2 lb. imitation seafood
8 oz. pkg. Monterey Jack cheese
8 oz. pkg. cheddar cheese
1 tsp. paprika
1/4 lb. bay shrimp
Sour cream
Salsa

Heat oven to 350 degrees. On large cookie sheet lay out Tostitos. Add imitation seafood on top (shredded). Add bay shrimp. Top with Monterey and cheddar cheeses (shredded). Sprinkle some paprika on top. Put into oven for 8 to 10 minutes. Add sour cream or salsa to your likings.
