TOP-HAT TOMATO SALAD 
1 c. cottage cheese
6 chopped, hard cooked eggs
3/4 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. prepared mustard
1/4 tsp. dried basil; optional
1/8 tsp. Worcestershire
1 tbsp. minced onion
4 big juicy tomatoes, chilled and peeled
Salad greens

Combine all ingredients except tomatoes and salad greens. Slice tomatoes; arrange on individual beds of crisp greens; top with mounds of cheese-egg mixture. Pass French dressing. Makes 4 servings.
