LINGUINI ALFREDO 
8 slices bacon, chopped
3 eggs
1/2 c. fresh Parmesan
1 cube butter
1 tsp. pepper flakes
1/2 c. whipping cream
8 oz. linguini

Fry bacon, drain and set aside. Mix eggs and Parmesan. Melt butter, add pepper flakes, cream and egg mixture. Warm, do not cook or egg will curdle. Remove from heat. Boil linguini and drain. Toss with sauce. Toss with bacon. Serves 2-4.
