MOSTACCIOLI ALFREDO 
1 lb. mostaccioli
1 c. heavy cream
1/2 c. butter
1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
1/8 tsp. garlic powder
1/4 c. fresh parsley, chopped
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper

Prepare mostaccioli; drain. In pan heat cream and butter on low heat. Do not boil. Add mostaccioli, cheese, parsley, salt, pepper and garlic powder. Toss gently to coat. Serve.
