CRAB ALFREDO 
Milk
1/2 pkg. egg noodles
8 oz. sour cream
Garlic & salt
2 sm. cans crab meat
1 can Parmesan cheese
1/2 stick real butter

Boil and drain egg noodles. Add salt, garlic and butter to taste. Open and drain crab meat. Mix in sour cream and Parmesan cheese. Combine noodles and sour cream sauce. Gently warm on low heat. Add milk to preferred consistency. Serves 4.

Very very tasty! Used shrimp instead of crab and cooked them in a bit of butter, garlic, salt, pepper, basil. When done I removed from heat and let the pan cool for a few moments so I wouldn't scorch the sour cream somehow.

When it came time for the sauce, I didn't even need milk, maybe thats because I had set my sour cream out earlier when I started cooking. I thought the sauce needed to be thickened up just hair or two instead of adding milk! I added small amount of cream cheese and more parmesean cheese to thicken it.
