CHICKEN ALFREDO 
6 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
Bread crumbs
Egg wash
Olive oil
1 clove garlic, minced
6 slices Mozzarella cheese
1 c. whipping cream
1 c. Parmesan cheese

Wash and dry chicken breasts. Dip in egg-milk wash and coat with bread crumbs. Brown in small amount of olive oil. Place in baking dish and top each breast with slice of Mozzarella cheese. Mix garlic, whipping cream and Parmesan. Pour over all. Bake at 350 degrees 35 to 45 minutes. Serve with pasta.
