GRILLED SALMON WITH SOY SAUCE
FOR DIET
 
Salmon is one of the healthy food options while you follow the diet, enjoy a good snack and try my lady to present the distinctive fish foods.

1 lb. salmon fillets (or the equivalent of two pieces of fish)
1/4 cup soy sauce
1 tbsp. lemon juice
pinch black pepper
1/4 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. ginger

Preheat the oven to a temperature of 375°F (190°C).

Mix soy sauce, lemon juice, black pepper, cinnamon and ginger in an appropriate bowl. Place the salmon in a shallow tray and top it with the previous mixture. Put the salmon in the oven for about 25 minutes or until the salmon is well cooked. When removing the salmon from the oven, let it rest for a quarter of an hour before serving.

Serve salmon with watercress salad, mint, and a sprinkle of lemon. Bon appetite.
