STUFFED PORK CHOPS 
4-6 center cut pork chops
1/2 c. chopped onions
1/4 c. melted butter
1/4 c. water
2 c. bread crumbs (Stove Top dressing may be used instead)
1 can cream of chicken soup
1/3 c. water
Seasonings of choice - salt, pepper, etc.

Brown chops; place in shallow dish or baking pan 9 x 13. Lightly mix onion, butter, water, bread, and seasonings or you may use Stove Top dressing. Place a mound of stuffing on each chop; blend soup and water. Pour over chops. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.

I love to make my own stuffing, but when you are just stuffing meat to bake, you don't need to bother;stove top is the way to go. Besides, you are pouring soup mix over it also. This recipe was excellent and very easy. You should consider checking it in 45 minutes, rather than 1 hr.
