RED BELL PEPPER SAUCE 
2 med. chopped red bell peppers
2 med. chopped onions
2 tbsp. salad oil
2 tbsp. soy sauce

Cook peppers and onions in oil until soft. Stir occasionally. Spoon into processor (or blender), add soy sauce, puree until smooth. Serve warm or at room temperature. Excellent over chicken or fish.
