HAMBURGER PIE 
1 (9 inch) pastry shell, frozen (deep dish)
1 lb. ground beef
1 c. thinly sliced onion
1/2 c. chopped green pepper
3 tbsp. butter
1 (4 oz.) can mushrooms, drained
2 tbsp. flour
Salt and pepper
2 eggs
1 c. sour cream
Paprika

Bake pie shell at 400 degrees for 3 minutes. Remove and prick with fork. Bake 5 minutes longer.

Brown meat, drain. Add onions, green pepper and butter. Cook until vegetables are tender. Stir in mushrooms, flour and seasonings. Pour into pastry shell. Beat eggs; blend in sour cream. Pour over meat, mixing gently. Sprinkle with paprika. Bake at 375 degrees for 30 minutes.
