HAMBURGER PIE 
1 c. chopped onions
1 lb. ground chuck
2 tbsp. butter
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 tbsp. Worcestershire
2 tbsp. catsup or chili sauce
2 tbsp. flour
1 (9 or 10 inch) unbaked pie shell
1 c. cottage cheese
1/2 c. sour cream
2 eggs, slightly beaten
Paprika
Chopped parsley or chives

Cook onions and beef in butter about 5 minutes, breaking up beef with fork. Stir in next 5 ingredients. Turn meat into pie shell. Blend together cottage cheese, sour cream and eggs; pour over meat. Bake at 350 degrees for 30-40 minutes. Remove from oven. Sprinkle with paprika and either parsley or chives. Makes 6 servings.
