HAMBURGER PIE 
1 lb. hamburger
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 lg. can tomatoes, well drained
2 tbsp. onion, chopped fine
1 sm. clove garlic, minced
2 tbsp. parsley, chopped fine
1/2 c. cheese, grated

Mix hamburger with salt and pepper. Pat out into a 9" Pyrex pie plate to form pie shell. Do not extend onto flange of plate. Spread tomatoes over bottom of hamburger pie shell. Sprinkle with the onion, garlic, parsley and cheese. Bake at 375 degrees for 45 minutes.
