SAUSAGE 'N RICE BRUNCH BAKE 
1 lb. pork sausage
3 c. hot cooked rice
2 c. grated sharp cheddar cheese
3 eggs, slightly beaten
1 (10 3/4 oz.) can condensed cream of mushroom soup
1 (4 oz.) can sliced mushrooms, drained
2 tsp. dry mustard
1/4 tsp. onion powder

Cook sausage in skillet until well done. Crumble and drain. Combine rice and 1 1/2 cups cheese. Spread evenly in a buttered 8"x12"x2" baking dish. Sprinkle sausage over rice mixture. Combine remaining ingredients (except cheese). Pour over sausage. Sprinkle remaining cheese on top. Bake 40 to 45 minutes at 350 degrees or until set. Serves 6.
