RICE SAUSAGE BAKE 
1/2 lb. sausage
1/2 c. uncooked rice
1 med. onion, chopped
1 pkg. chicken noodle soup mix
1 c. celery, chopped fine
1/2 tsp. salt
3 c. water

Brown sausage in heavy skillet with onion, drain. Add other ingredients. Mix thoroughly. Bake covered for 1 hour at 375 degrees. Stir occasionally during baking. Add water if needed. 8 to 10 servant.

I use 1/2 of 1 pound roll of Weber Sausage and Riceland Rice.
