GREEN AND GOLD POTATOES 
3 or 4 potatoes, peeled and sliced
2 lg. onions, sliced
3 tbsp. butter
3/4 c. hot water
2 tsp. chicken bouillon

Microwave about 17-20 minutes on High.

TOP WITH: 1/2 cup shredded cheese and parsley.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
