HAM PIE 
2 c. cubed ham
1 bell pepper, chopped
1 lg. onion, chopped
Pimiento to taste
2 baked pie shells
1 c. cheese, grated

Bake pie shells. Cube ham and set aside. Saute onions and pepper in butter until tender. Drain and set aside. Make white sauce with the following: 3 tbsp. flour 1 1/2 c. milk

Mix all these and cook until thick. Add ham, onions, peppers, and pimiento to white sauce. Pour ham mixture into baked pie shells. Top with grated cheese and bake until cheese melts.
