PIZZA FROM FROZEN DOUGH BALL
I made a simple Buffalo Chicken pizza. Use any ingredients you want on your pizza.

frozen pizza dough ball (Market Basket)
16-inch pizza pan (avoid the ones with holes on bottom or pizza may be soggy)
heat-proof bowls (I use stainless steel)

Cover pan with cornmeal to prevent sticking. Place dough ball in center. Pan on top rack of cold oven.

Place bowls filled with boiling water on bottom rack. check water occasionally and keep it HOT!

It may take an hour or two for dough to defrost and slightly rise.

After the dough is soft enough to use press down and spread it to 16-inch. Add desired toppings.

BUFFALO CHICKEN PIZZA:

canned premium white chunk chicken (Swanson)
blue cheese dressing
FRANK'S® RedHot hot sauce
shredded cheese

I used canned chicken. Spread blue cheese dressing on dough. Put chicken chunks in a container and cover with FRANK'S® Hot Sauce. Cover and shake to coat chicken. Spread chicken on dressing. Top with shredded cheese.

Bake at 375°F until cooked to your liking.
