2 baskets strawberries
2 tbsp. sugar
1/2 c. orange juice
1/4 c. orange Curacao
1 c. whipping cream
2 tbsp. powdered sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
Vanilla ice cream

Rinse and hull strawberries. Add sugar, orange juice and Curacao. Mix carefully. Chill in refrigerator for an hour. Beat whipping cream, add sugar and vanilla. Put ice cream in individual serving dishes. Spoon strawberries over and top with whipped cream.
