2 lg. baskets fresh strawberries
1 pt. vanilla ice cream
1 pt. fresh whipping cream
6 oz. Grand Marnier

Clean and cut strawberries in half. Marinate the cut strawberries with the Grand Marnier for 30 minutes, lightly tossing every 10 minutes.

Let the ice cream soften and mix with the fresh whipped cream. The mixture will become a custard. Add juice from marinated strawberries to the cream mixture and fold gently.
