HAVARTI CHEESE APPETIZER 
1/2 tsp. dill weed
1 pkg. refrigerator crescent rolls
1 (1 inch thick) chunk Havarti cheese (3/4 lb.)

1. Sprinkle dill over cheese.

2. Divide crescent rolls into 2 sections. Roll each section lightly to close all openings.

3. Wrap cheese with dough by placing Havarti on one half and topping with the other. Pinch sides together to seal cheese well.

4. Bake at 350 degrees 20-30 minutes. Serve on a plate with a knife and crackers.

I have a similar recipe, but instead of dill you cover the cheese with dijon mustard, then wrap in puff pastry to bake.
