GREEN BEAN AND CHICKEN CASSEROLE 
3 c. chicken
1 box UNCLE BEN'S® long grain and wild rice
1 can cream of celery or chicken soup
2 c. string beans
1/4 c. mayonnaise
1 can water chestnuts
1 lg. onion, chopped thinly

Boil chicken and debone it. Cook box of rice according to directions on box. Cook frozen green beans (use canned beans, if so desired). Mix chicken, rice, soup, beans, mayonnaise, water chestnuts, salt, pepper, and onion. Bake in covered casserole dish at 350 degrees for about 1 hour. Serves 6 to 8 people.
