SAUSAGE `N CHEESE BAKE 
8 oz. can Pillsbury refrigerated quick crescent rolls
8 oz. pkg. (10) Swift Brown & Serve sausages, thawed & sliced
2 c. shredded Monterey Jack cheese (8 oz.)
4 eggs, beaten
3/4 c. milk
2 tbsp. chopped green pepper
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/4 tsp. oregano

Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Separate crescent dough into 2 large rectangles. Place in ungreased 9 x 13 inch pan. Press over bottom and 1/2 inch up sides to form crust. Seal perforations. Place sliced sausages over crust. Sprinkle with cheese.

Combine remaining ingredients; pour over cheese. Bake 20-25 minutes until deep golden brown. Refrigerate any leftovers. Serves 5-6.
