8 oz. brown and serve sausage links
1 c. pancake mix
3/4 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
1/2 c. milk
1 egg
1/2 c. chopped apples

Brown sausages according to directions. Mix other ingredients. Pour into greased 10 x 6 inch pan. Arrange sausages on top. Bake in 450 degree oven for 20 minutes. Serve hot with syrup.
