3 c. confectioners' sugar, divided
1/2 c. Nestle's cocoa
1/2 c. butter, softened
1/4 c. plus 2 tbsp. milk
3/4 tsp. vanilla extract

In large bowl, combine 1 cup confectioners' sugar, Nestle's cocoa, butter, 2 measuring tablespoons milk and vanilla extract. Beat until creamy, gradually add remaining confectioners' sugar alternately with remaining 1/4 cup milk. Beat until smooth. Fill and frost one (8 inch) layer cake. Makes 2 1/3 cups frostings.
