BERNSTEIN'S ITALIAN DRESSING
POTATOES
 
1 bottle Bernstein's italian dressing
Red potatoes, sliced
Onion-parsley powder
Grated Cheddar cheese
Butter

Wash potatoes and slice with skins on. Melt butter in bottom of a 9x13 inch baking pan in oven. Use enough to cover bottom of pan evenly.

Layer sliced potatoes. Pour dressing over potatoes. Sprinkle with onion-parsley powder. Bake 1 hour at 350 degrees, uncovered. Last 10 minutes, sprinkle grated Cheddar cheese over top and finish baking. Great!
