1 head of lettuce, washed, drained & dried with a paper towel
1 cucumber
1/3 c. Italian dressing

Tear the head of lettuce into bite-size pieces with your fingers. Peel and slice the cucumber. Add the cucumber slices to the lettuce in the salad bowl. Add Italian dressing and toss gently until all the lettuce and cucumbers have dressing on them.
