2 lbs. boneless stew meat
1/2 c. red wine
1 c. (2.5 oz.) mushrooms
1 c. mushroom soup
1 pkg. onion soup

Mix all in a Pyrex dish and bake at 300 degrees for 3 hours. Serve over rice.
