ESKIMO PIE 
16 chocolate wafers
4 tbsp. melted butter

Crush wafers and add melted butter. Line pie tin.

FILLING:

32 marshmallows
1/2 c. milk
1/8 tsp. salt
1 tbsp. vanilla
1 c. heavy cream, whipped

Melt marshmallows, milk, salt and vanilla in double boiler. Cool filling. Fold in whipped cream. Pour into line pie tin.
