FRESH PEACH PIE 
Flour
Sugar
Cornstarch
Ka ro syrup
Peach Jello
6 peaches
Whipped cream

Take pie tin and mix 1 1/2 cup flour, 2 tablespoons sugar and 1/2 teaspoon salt and 1/2 c. oil. Pat out and bake 20 minutes (350 degrees) until brown, set aside.

In a saucepan combine 1 cup water, 1 cup sugar, 3 tablespoons cornstarch, 2 tablespoons Karo syrup. Cook until clear. Remove from stove. Stir in 3 tablespoons peach Jello. Cool. Slice about 6 peaches over cooled pie crust. Pour glaze over and chill. Serve with whipped cream. Fills a 9 inch pie tin.
