1 pie shell, baked
1 c. sugar
2 tbsp. white syrup
2 tbsp. cornstarch
1 c. water

Boil until clear sugar, syrup, cornstarch and water. Add 3 tablespoons dry peach Jello. Cool mixture. Add fresh sliced peaches to mixture. Pour into shell. Add Cool Whip to top.

May substitute fresh strawberries and strawberry Jello or whatever fruit and Jello combination you like.
