FRESH STRAWBERRY PIE 
1 c. flour
1 tbsp. powdered sugar
3/4 stick butter

Melt butter; pour over flour mix with fork. Put in 9 inch pie pan. Press to form crust. Bake 15 to 20 minutes at 350 degrees. Cool.

FILLING:

3/4 c. sugar
1 can 7-Up
3 tbsp. cornstarch

Stir over medium heat until mixture boils. Cook until clear. Remove from heat and add 1 package strawberry Jello. Wash and drain and slice 1 quart fresh strawberries. Spread into bottom of cooled crust. Pour filling over strawberries until covered. Refrigerate until set.

Also can use: Blueberries with lemon Jello, cherries with wild cherry Jello, peaches with peach Jello, Raspberries with raspberry Jello.
