1 1/2 c. water
1 1/4 c. sugar
1/4 c. cornstarch
Pinch of salt
1 (3 oz.) box orange Jello
Fresh peaches, peeled and sliced
Couple drops of vanilla
Couple drops of almond extract
Whipped cream or Cool Whip

Boil together first 4 ingredients until clear. Take off stove and immediately put in orange Jello powder and stir until dissolved. When starting to thicken, add peaches. Add vanilla and almond. Put in baked pie shell. Top with whipped cream or Cool Whip.
