EASY MICROWAVE STUFFING | |
1 c. diced celery 1/2 c. butter 1 c. diced onion 1/4 tsp. pepper 2 tsp. poultry seasoning or sage 1 tsp. parsley flakes 2 bouillon cubes, dissolved in 3/4 c. water or stock 8 c. dry bread cubes 1 egg (optional) Microwave butter and vegetables in covered 2-quart casserole 4 to 5 minutes on HIGH. Stir in seasonings, bouillon and egg. Add bread and toss with fork. Microwave, covered, 6 to 7 minutes at MEDIUM-HIGH, stirring twice. Fluff with fork. |
