TART 'N TANGY CHICKEN 
2 whole chicken breasts, split
1/2 c. melted butter
1 tbsp. prepared mustard
Juice of 1 lemon

Sprinkle chicken breasts with salt and pepper; place in a shallow baking pan. Combine butter, lemon juice and mustard; pour over chicken. Cover pan with heavy duty aluminum foil and bake at 400 degrees for 45 minutes.
